Remember that sketch I made about a week ago? This is it in the flesh. I really like the way this turned out, I want to make more in different color schemes.
Nope, this is actually with enamel sifted in different layers to create the background, the blue roots are mixed with a liquid so I can paint them on by compacting the powder, and then the outlines are done in black watercolor paint.
I hope to get some more enamel pencil drawing pieces done tonight, I prepped all the colored pendants last night, trying out some new color combos. We'll see how they work out!

Mostly comes out at night. Mostly. She's also a metalsmith, when she has a forge about, a jewelrymaker in a variety of mediums from hardware to glass enamels to fine gold and silver. Shiny things delight her. She currently resides in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and two cats.
