I like this layout a lot! I put in some placeholder images to give an idea of what the first page will eventually look like. Still working out the kinks, but I think its getting better. Critique?

Website sketches I'm working on

They're a work in progress, just mapping out some very basic layout colors and patterns. I kinda like em. I feel like they're getting somewhere...

Ancient Inspirations

So... Greece was pretty much amazing. I could go on about it forever. Athens and Delphi were overflowing with beautiful inspirations, and have given me some great ideas to work with.

The first, which I present to you this evening, is to make a series of etched pieces with ancient pattern abstractions, fill in the etching with enamel and let the silver outlines remain. Here are some of my brief sketches, mostly for ideas. I'm gonna try and get some of these babies done for my Yellow Springs Art on the Lawn show in 2 weeks... maybe try some in copper with a black patination as well... I got that from Rio Grande a few weeks ago, and I've been wanting to try it out.
